Hearth Amber Glass Soy Candle - Fig & Cedarwood

A fig and cedarwood soy candle in a heavy amber glass tumbler with a natural oak lid - our warmest scent for long evenings.

Hearth is poured with soy wax into a thick amber glass tumbler and burns on a single cotton wick. The scent opens with ripe green fig and settles into soft cedarwood and a little vanilla, filling a living room or dining room without overpowering it. The oak lid keeps dust off between burns and doubles as a coaster for the hot jar.

Light it at the dinner table, on a mantelpiece or on a side table in the sitting room. Once the candle is finished, clean out the last of the wax with warm soapy water and reuse the amber glass for pens, cotton buds or a small plant.

Care and safety

Trim the wick to about 5 mm before every burn. Let the first burn last until the melted wax reaches the edge (usually 2 - 3 hours) and never burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Stop burning when 1 cm of wax remains. The glass gets hot - rest it on the oak lid or a mat. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, draughts and anything that can catch fire, and always burn on a heat-resistant surface.
