Candles and quiet objects for a warmer home

Crestony is a small candle and home decor shop based in Leicester. We started it because the right light changes a room more than almost anything else - a candle on the kitchen windowsill, a pair of brass holders on the hallway console, a jar of fig and cedarwood glowing on the dining table while the evening draws in. Our collection is deliberately small: soy candles in glass, stoneware and terracotta, unscented tapers and pillars for the table and the hearth, and a handful of holders, a lantern and a vase that look as good unlit in daylight as they do at night.

How we choose what we sell

Every product page lists the materials, the dimensions, the wax weight and the approximate burn time, along with clear care and safety instructions, so you know exactly what you are buying. Every product page shows the piece from several angles - in a room setting, from the front and back, and in close-up - alongside its exact materials, dimensions and care notes.

• Clear delivery times - orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday, begin processing the same day; processing takes 1 - 2 days (Monday to Friday) and delivery 2 - 3 days (Monday to Friday), so orders arrive within 3 - 5 days (Monday to Friday).
• Careful packing - glass and stoneware are wrapped and boxed to arrive in one piece; if anything is broken, we replace it.
• 30-day returns on new, unused items, on top of your 14-day statutory right to cancel, and exchanges for another scent or item.
