Meadow Terracotta Pot Candle - Clean Linen & Neroli

A clean linen and neroli soy candle poured into a little unglazed terracotta pot - fresh, light and made for the kitchen windowsill.

Meadow is poured with soy wax into a classic rolled-rim terracotta pot. The scent is light and airy: clean cotton linen, a bright twist of neroli and a soft musk underneath, the kind of fragrance that makes a kitchen or utility room feel freshly aired. The pot's raw clay finish is naturally porous, so each one has slightly different tones of orange and brown.

Set it on a windowsill, a kitchen shelf or a bathroom ledge. When the candle is finished, clean the pot with warm water and use it for herbs - it is a real terracotta pot without a drainage hole, so add a layer of gravel first.

Care and safety

Trim the wick to about 5 mm before every burn. Let the first burn last until the melted wax reaches the edge (usually 2 - 3 hours) and never burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Stop burning when 1 cm of wax remains. Terracotta is porous and gets warm - place it on a mat or plate. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, draughts and anything that can catch fire, and always burn on a heat-resistant surface.
